With the introduction of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative and the continuous deepening of economic globalization,container multimodal transportation has developed rapidly due to its convenience,speed,safety and efficiency.The operation of container sea-rail intermodal transport is an important form of container multimodal transportation,which effectively combines the advantages of the two transportation modes of sea transportation and railway,and has become a popular transportation organization method at the moment.As a key hub of container sea-rail intermodal transport,the sea-rail intermodal transport port plays a vital role in the entire sea-rail intermodal transport system.The reloading of sea-rail intermodal transportation containers is completed in the port,and the internal equipment configuration of the port is related to sea-rail transport.The overall efficiency of intermodal operations.As an important horizontal transportation equipment in the sea-rail intermodal port,the container truck effectively connects the loading and unloading operations in each operation area,and effectively connects the sea-rail intermodal container reloading process in the port.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to study the port equipment configuration of sea-rail intermodal transportation and the dispatch of trucks.From the perspective of capacity coordination,this paper conducts research on sea-rail combined transport port equipment configuration and truck dispatching optimization.The main research contents include:(1)Introduced the related concepts of container sea-rail intermodal transportation,and analyzed the port sea-rail combined transportation infrastructure,operating equipment,loading and unloading technology,layout form and operation mode,and determined that the content of this article is in the "ship-yard-train" operation mode,the equipment selection of the port sea-rail intermodal transportation operation is clarified,and four types of equipment including quay cranes,yard cranes,track gate cranes and trucks are selected as the research objects of this article.(2)In view of the characteristics of container ships and container trains loading and unloading operations in sea-rail intermodal ports,considering the dual-cycle and single-cycle loading and unloading strategies in the process of container loading and unloading,the objective function is to minimize the total time of loading and unloading operations and minimize the total cost of loading and unloading operations with mutual constraints.Taking the capacity of the loading and unloading system and the limitation of the number of equipment configurations as constraints,the equipment configuration optimization model under two loading and unloading strategies is established,and the best configuration schemes for the four operating equipment are obtained.(3)When establishing the equipment configuration optimization model,the operating capacity of each equipment is considered,combining the equipment operating capacity with the number of equipment and the equipment operating container time,and using the capacity coordination theory to analyze the operating capacity of the entire loading and unloading system in the sea-rail intermodal port.By comparing the two loading and unloading strategies,it is concluded that the dual-cycle strategy can achieve lower operating costs and shorter operating time.(4)The problem of dynamic dispatching of trucks under the "ship-yard-train" operation mode is studied.Under the dual-cycle loading and unloading strategy,all the operating paths of the trucks are analyzed,and the total distance of the trucks is the shortest.For the dynamic dispatching model of trucks under the condition of unbalanced operation of container ships and container trains,a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model,and the optimal dispatching plan of trucks was obtained.The effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified through calculation examples.This paper studies the optimization of equipment configuration and the dynamic dispatch of trucks under the "ship-yard-train" operation mode,and establishes the equipment configuration and truck scheduling model from the perspective of capacity coordination,which enriches the basic theory of container sea-rail intermodal transportation,It has certain practical significance for improving the operating efficiency of sea-rail combined transport ports and reducing operating costs.
