| Underground pipelines in cities,such as optical cables,cables and natural gas pipelines,are important components of urban infrastructure and play an irreplaceable role in urban life,Pipeline safety concerns people’s livelihood.With the development of pipeline laying technology,the buried depth of pipeline is constantly increasing,and the existing detection equipment gradually appears insufficient detection range,detection accuracy and other problems,so the detection industry has put forward new requirements for the performance of pipeline detection equipment.This paper designs a high performance pipeline detection system through the following research work.The work of this paper is as follows:The underground pipeline detection technology based on electromagnetic detection theory is affected by other factors such as detection loop connection method and detection frequency,the influencing factors are analyzed in this paper.Understand the principle of electromagnetic detection,and study and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing pipeline positioning methods and pipeline buried depth detection methods,which provides theoretical support for the design of a new electromagnetic pipeline detection system.The hardware circuit and functional modules of the pipeline detection system are designed to verify the reception effect of the system on weak signals.In view of the acquisition data noise problem after the weak signal hardware processing,the control software and filtering algorithm is optimized.By the simulation and implementation of different filter algorithms,contrasting after dealing with the algorithm of waveform and signal-to-noise ratio,it is concluded that each filtering algorithm has different filtering effects on different noise signals,and switching filtering algorithm has better application effect in different noise environments.Combined with the digital average method in the sliding window filtering and weak signal detection technology,the sliding average algorithm is designed to extract the signal strength value information,reduce the error,and make the display data more stable.Finally,a new underground pipeline detection system based on electromagnetic method is designed.Through the field test data analysis to verify the detection effect of the system,the results show that the detection range of this new underground pipeline detection system is up to 40 meters,and the error at 40 meters is within ±1.5 meters.The detection system also has many advantages,such as small size,light weight and easy to carry.It can be used in the field of underwater pipeline detection by using together with sonar,GPS positioning system and other equipment. |
