With the rapid development of e-commerce in the Internet era,the demand of consumers is also changing towards diversification and personalization,which brings unprecedented challenges and opportunities to enterprises.In today’s global market,user demand has become the main concern of enterprises and a prerequisite for competition.Mining the valuable information contained in the product comment data can provide convenience for product design and improve the efficiency of product design.In order to provide guidance to designers,this paper mines the user demand information from online comment data and the relevant design knowledge from patent literature data,which are applied in the product design process,so as to improve the efficiency of product design and shorten the research and development cycle of product design.The main contents of the paper are presented as follows:(1)A data-driven knowledge service model for user demand mining and scheme improvement is proposed.The model can mine the valuable information contained in the data,establish the mapping relationship between the information,and apply it to the product design process,so as to provide technical improvement scheme for product designers.(2)A product comment data based user demand analysis method is proposed.Using methods such as web crawlers,text mining,and natural language processing,the article analyzes users’ demand information and emotional tendencies.After that,the KANO model is used to classify users’ needs,and the product improvement information based on the analysis results of the KANO model is obtained.(3)A patent data based product design knowledge analysis method is proposed.Natural language processing and other technical means are used to extract technical information and efficacy information from patent data to build a related technical efficacy map.The mapping relationships between demand and efficacy,efficacy and technology are established,and then the technical improvement scheme is provided for product designers.Finally,an example is analyzed based on the on-line review data and patent literature data of air conditioning products to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
