| With the rapid development of network technology and the rapid update of 4G and 5G,users’ demand for products has changed rapidly,and the form of user expression needs has become more diversified.On the Internet platform,the information expressed by users is becoming more and more abundant,which contains many user needs that are important for product innovation.However,the commonly used research methods currently lack sufficient research on the quantity,efficiency,and depth of user demand information on the internet.Therefore,the effective use of data mining technology to conduct in-depth analysis of product information left by users on the network to obtain potential and meaningful user needs and guide product innovation design is an effective way to obtain user needs and guide product innovation,which has become an important field of current research.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)Conduct research on the concepts and theories of user needs and data mining.Summarize the connotation and five characteristics of user needs: complexity,diversity,variability,concealment,fuzziness,and emotionality.The research steps of user needs include three processes: obtaining,transforming,and analyzing user demand information.Common methods of analyzing user needs have defects such as expression bias,lagging sources,and high costs;Summarize the concept of data mining and its advantages of fast acquisition,low research cost,and high accuracy when applied to user demand research;Because users in the network express product needs and feedback information through online comments,it is determined that the content of data mining user needs is online comment information.(2)Create a product innovation model of data mining user needs.The general process of data mining includes three stages: data collection,data processing,and data analysis,obtained through research the technology road map for implementing each stage of data mining.Propose an idea that technical route connects the three levels of user needs with the three levels of data mining and corresponds with product innovation,construct a product innovation model that mines user needs through data mining.According to the data flow in the process of data mining and information flow in the process of user demand,the process of product innovative design is guided,the flow chart of information hourglass is proposed to represent the change of data flow and information flow,and describe the impact on product innovative design.(3)Use intelligent speakers as the research object to conduct design practice of data mining user needs.Conduct research on intelligent speakers according to the design process,collect user needs through octopus collectors,use micro word cloud analysis system for data deduplication and Chinese word segmentation,and use TF-IDF algorithm to calculate keywords in words;Subsequently,using a model that maps user needs to product features,the design language is transformed based on this model and product analysis of intelligent speakers;Finally,based on the above process,design an intelligent speaker product.On the basis of theoretical research on user needs and data mining,this study takes intelligent speaker as a case to present the entire process of product innovation design method of data mining under user demand information conditions.It proposes the application of data mining technology in the area of user needs,expands the scope of data mining technology application,and has important significance in the area of product innovation. |
