Abstract/Summary:
Under the research trend of the integration of big data and design,massive user-generated content data can help designers understand user needs more comprehensively and objectively,so as to make more accurate decisions at different stages of product design.In the context of consumption upgrading,product development and marketing show a trend of continuous segmentation and deepening of the scene.However,most fitness smart wearable products in the current market are designed for the whole category of people in the sports and health category,and the segmentation of the sports and fitness scene is not fully considered.The continuous growth of the fitness industry and the rich user-generated content on the network platform provide sufficient data basis for the segmentation of fitness scenes and the mining of user needs and pain points.In this context,this study focused on the segmentation scenes of strength training and carried out the design research of fitness intelligent wearable products through the mining of text-based user-generated content of fitness crowd.To review and summarize in theoretical research stage,the system user generated content and design of the fusion of research and the research status of fitness smart apparel products,for large data driven design patterns,product system design method based on user generated content and user research methods were reviewed,summarized based on the family portrait of UGC mining construction and requirement analysis method of the key ideas and steps,Then disassemble the research ideas in the stages of characteristic attribute mining user prototype clustering and demand analysis of fitness crowd.The design model of fitness intelligent wearable products based on UGC mining is proposed.In the stage of user-generated content mining and demand analysis of fitness crowd,python crawler was used to crawl public UGC data of fitness crowd on the network platform and do preliminary word cloud analysis to narrow the scope of data crawling and focus on user attributes and fitness demand mining in the strength training scenario.In the formal data capture and analysis stage,LDA theme model and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm were used to obtain three types of clustering user prototype and demand attribute characteristics,and the user with the highest membership degree was selected for in-depth interview.Finally,the product-level demand set of fitness crowd in the strength training scenario was obtained by integrating interview data and demand attribute label data.Kano model was used to divide the importance of the demand,and the priorities of the key product design requirements such as training data recording,training supervision and reminder,training plan and data management were obtained.Product design stage,to the final target user portrait and product demand priority as a guide to design,focusing on solving strength training scenarios way of training data records and wear affects key problems such as training,puts forward the structure of split type magnet strength training data recording and magnetic absorbing clamp plate wear mode innovation design,Finally,the design scheme is evaluated by satisfaction survey.This thesis carries out design practice by mining text user-generated content of fitness crowd,providing new ideas and references for product design research based on UGC mining and intelligent wearable product design in fitness field.
