| The sales is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises and the source of corporate profits.Only sales can the value of products or services of enterprises be realized.In the process of operation,due to the complexity and variability of the internal and external environment and the limited ability of the subject to understand the environment and adaptability,it may lead to operational failure or failure to achieve the expected objectives of operating activities,and to withstand losses.In order to increase competitive strength,enterprises have paid more attention to improving internal control.The internal control of enterprises is directly related to the operational efficiency and sustainable development of the enterprise.H Company’s main business is to provide architectural design services.Depend on Reform and Opening Policy,the Survey and Design Industry continues reforming and innovating for 30 Years.The survey and design industry has been in shock since 2000,and begin to take on a new scale and character,they are facing a new challenge.How to stand out,is extremely important to H Company.Since 2014,the company has formulated the design quality management system,and gradually established the internal control system of sales quality.However,the internal control system has not been established at the company level and business level.Based on the research of related results,based on the internal control theory,analyzed the current situation of H Company’s architectural design sales operation by using the content,objectives,main links and risk measures.Finally,made suggestions and countermeasures for H Company,about how to improve the internal control of architectural design sales operation.So the key to internal control is to control the process.According to the Flow Charts Analysis,this article studied about the improvement measures through the key links of the architectural design sales operation,and the improvement scheme design is proposed,and suggests the improvements program.Through the research on the internal control about architectural design sales operation in H Company,hopes the researcher is helpful to improve the system of internal control. |
