At present,many problems exist in distribution network,such as weak network structure,aging equipment and high failure rate.When the distribution network failure occurs,manual positioning and manual inspection are often used to arrange the distribution network repair,which seriously affects the distribution network operation efficiency and user demand for electricity.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of distribution network of Luancheng power supply company,this dissertation studied the fault location and fault recovery algorithm of distribution network,and on this basis,it carried out a detailed design for the power failure control system of distribution network.First of all,the system design requirements are comprehensively analyzed from three aspects of the distribution network status,existing problems,design requirements and technical requirements.Then it pointed out the current problems,determined functions and conditions demanded by the system,the core technology required by the system architecture,fault location,and fault recovery.Secondly,on the basis of graph theory,the directed hierarchical topology technology was introduced and the fault location algorithm based on directed hierarchical topology was established.Then,the fault recovery control model based on multi-objective optimization was established by comprehensively considering load recovery degree,load imbalance degree,voltage offset rate and active power loss,and then genetic algorithm was introduced to solve the model.Thirdly,combined with the actual working conditions of the distribution network in Shizhuang Luancheng,the fault location algorithm based on directed hierarchical topology and fault recovery algorithm based on network reconstruction were analyzed,and the validity and correctness of the algorithm were proved.Then,the overall design of a power control system was studied from the software architecture,the hardware structure,function structure,the integration structure.The system software structure was divided into five levels using Java frame and the hardware structure was designed by B/S mode.The introduction of the Spring and Hibermate mode were introduced to carry out the MVC hierarchical design of the system function model.It adopted the form of interface adapter implementation to realize data sharing and integration with other business system design.Then,from the core function class structure design,function design,function design of system function design and implementation were studied,using class structure design concept to encapsulate functional properties and methods.It designed the implementation process of outage information with a standard modeling language,which can guide for the design of the control system of power outages in power supply enterprise.Finally,the implementation and application of the Power failure recovery system are analyzed,the failure recovery system construction and implementation of the scheme mainly includes three stages,from four functional aspects of the current distribution network has been built emergency linkage system features analyses,from the economic benefit,management benefit and social benefit three parts on the system application efficiency are analyzed,and proved the effectiveness of the design system,can work for power supply enterprise distribution network fault repair and operation improve work instruction.
