| With the continuous development of Logistics,Coal Logistics Enterprise has sprung up all over the country.Faced with the vigorous market prospects and cruel competitive environment,as the Coal Logistics Enterprise in recent years,only by constantly changing ideas and actively analyzing rapid response,can we continue to remain invincible in the increasingly fierce competition.However,logistics operation also has many risks in practice.If there is no perfect risk prevention and control system,once the risk is exposed,it will cause great loss to the logistics enterprise.Then it has become one of the important problems for logistics enterprises that how to identify and control the various risks in the logistics business and effectively avoid these risks.Based on the He Bei port group International Logistics co.,LTD(hereinafter referred to as International Logistics),this paper researched the risk of company’s logistics business,using the methods of literature research,combination of theory and practice and so on.It can provide theoretical support for reducing the risks of the company’s logistics operation.Firstly,this paper made a review on the research about logistics finance at home and abroad,it clearly illuminated the research content and the research method.And,it summarized the related concepts and theoretical basis.Secondly,it systematically reviewed the development process and risk control status of logistics financial business in International Logistics from 2017 to 2019,and qualitatively analyzed the risks and internal and external environment of the International Logistics based on the risk control theory.Thirdly,the risk prevention and control management system is established,and the company’s logistics financial risk is statistically analyzed by systematic analysis method.Finally,according to the analysis result and actual situation of the company,it put forward the suggestions to reduce logistics risk.Through this study,it is hoped that the risk assessment and prevention and control measures of the logistics business of International Logistics will be helpful.To enable the International Logistics to resume the logistics finance business on the basis of effective prevention and control of risks,thus,it can guarantee the diversification of the logistics business types of Marine coal trading market and enhance its competitiveness in the industry. |
