Evaluation And Forecast Of Tianjin Construction Industry Competitiveness Based On Regional Evaluation System

With the development of market economy,Gross Domestic Product(GDP)presents a good growth trend,which is also closely related to the rapid development of various industries.As a pillar industry in China,construction industry has made outstanding contributions to the rapid economic growth.Tianjin as the first-tier cities of our country,how to better play to the construction of competitive advantage,contributing to national GDP provides a higher value,is worthy of our study.Based on hoover theory,this paper defines the regional evaluation index system,comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the definition of the influencing factors of the competitiveness of the construction industry,summarizes the index attribute and index description of the influencing factors of the competitiveness of the construction industry,and constructs the regional evaluation index system.With the help of AHP--Entropy Weight-TOPSIS,each classification index is weighted with subjective and objective weights,and the competitiveness of construction industry in eight provinces and cities including tianjin is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed with the method of approximate ideal point.Based on the construction industry competitiveness evaluation methods,combined with neural network time series method to forecast the eight provinces and cities construction industry competitiveness,according to the results of the prediction of tianjin and the other three municipalities directly under the central government and four provinces in the construction industry competitiveness and compares the advantages and disadvantages of analysis,according to the analysis results puts forward instructional Suggestions on future development of the construction of tianjin.
