| The rapid development of China’s national economy has brought about the great development of traffic construction,and highway construction as an important part of traffic construction has also developed rapidly.The rapid development of China’s national economy has brought about the great development of traffic construction,while road construction as a traffic The important components of construction have also developed rapidly.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the state will vigorously promote energy-saving and low-carbon development,encourage standardized design and factory prefabrication,and comprehensively utilize industrial waste and construction waste.The asphalt concrete pavement-assembled base structure studied in this paper has the advantages of environmental protection and rapidity compared with the traditional asphalt pavement structure,which can reduce the influence of human factors on the quality of highway construction,and has positive significance for the construction of qualified highways.The main purpose of this paper is to use the large-scale finite element mechanics analysis software ABAQUS to analyze the mechanical structure of the fabricated base structure.ABQUS finite element software was used to study the influence of the length,thickness and elastic modulus of the precast plate on the mechanical behavior of the base.The results show the most favorable segment length value for reducing the maximum vertical strain at the bottom of the base layer of the as-built basement structure of asphalt concrete pavement.;Within a certain range,the thickness of the prefabricated plate and the modulus of the prefabricated plate have little effect on the maximum vertical strain value of the substrate.By using orthogonal test method,it is found that the length of the prefabricated plate has a greater influence on the mechanical behavior of the substrate than the thickness and elastic modulus of the prefabricated plate.In addition,the increase of elastic modulus of soil foundation is beneficial to the prefabricated base structure.In this paper,the connection scheme of precast plate in assembled base structure is designed.In order to deeply study the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete pavement fabricated base structure,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the effects of concavo-convex fitting on the mechanical properties of fabricated substrates under static loads.Including the influence of the length of the plate on the mechanical properties of the fabricated substrate under static load.After the connection is set,the strain at the bottom of the board will be reduced and the cooperative working ability of the assembled base layer can be enhanced.The results show that the provision of the concave-convex phase fitting connection is beneficial to the mechanical properties of the fabricated base structure;the study points out the most advantageous segment length value for the installed asphalt concrete pavement assembled base structure.In the end,the effect of connection and vehicle speed on the mechanical behavior of the bottom of the fabricated base plate is studied by loading the dynamic load.After the connection is set,the maximum vertical strain of the plate bottom can be reduced effectively,and can enhance the synergies of the assembly base under the action of dynamic load;At a vehicle speed of 18km/h,the maximum vertical strain at the bottom of the assembled base plate reaches its maximum value. |
