As China high-speed railways had comprehensively imported high-speed train technical to this day that has great achievements. In the nationwide China had established the inter-city high-speed actuation vehicle networks in the major cities and economic zones. Such as the Beijing-Tianjin high speed railway, Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway and the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway which is trial operation now. According to the applicability and application requirements, etc reasons, China learned and domestic development four types of EMU, which are CRH1,CRH2,CRH5,CRH3.Among those the CRH3 is the one which is introduced by Tangshan Locomotive &Rolling Stock Works from the Siemens of Germany for the future high-speed train project in China. In this project Tangshan train factory in charge of the domestic development of the TC07 body from CRH3.In the year of 2008 Tangshan Locomotive &Rolling Stock Works entrusted with Qingdao Sifang Locomotive &Rolling Stock Works for the Static strength test about the TC02 body. This paper studies for the nationalization of the car body TC07 which has the same structure with TC02 body. So refer to the body TC02 static strength test report, this paper use ANSYS as the matter to do the static strength calculations of many working conditions. Then according to the allowable stress based on materials analysis the effectiveness of the calculation results and the coincide degrees with experimental results. All of these will be as the Bodywork performance evaluation and do good foundation for the nationalization on body TC07.Based on the evaluation of the static strength, we did the search about the dynamic performance of body. In this paper we use the ANSYS do the calculation of modal of empty car and the first-order vertical bending mode of servicing state car. The frequencies are 18.193Hz and 10.244Hz, which satisfies with the international standards, which prove the good dynamic performance of the car body.In this paper we do the Lightweight research of the TC07 car body. The main use sensitivity analysis theory focuses on analyzing the 18 major components of body about the sensitive degree of quality, restraint and so on. Under the satisfying of the bodywork stiffness and strength performance, we find the most sensitive parts which ease the car-body quality most. Then we reset the variable quantity about these most sensitive parts and use the optistruct in hypermesh to do the Optimization calculation. Finally we get optimal results of bodywork lightweight, the weight of body drop from 4.97012t to 4.5573t, decrease 8.3%.
