The Application Research Of BIM Technology In T Project Construction Drawing Design Optimization

The construction drawing design stage is the stage to determine the value of the project and to ensure the material conditions needed in the construction process,which directly determines the overall quality of the final construction project.The development of BIM technology enjoys not long time in China and the application of BIM technology is not very mature.But with more and more people coming into contact with BIM technology,especially the value in engineering,the units from software companies,design units,real estate units to construction units use BIM technology more and more frequently.The second phase of T project is completed on the basis of tradition 2D construction.After cost calculation,it compares with similar projects to find out what needs to improve in the construction drawings,so as to perfect the construction drawings and points out the requirements for improvement.By analyzing the characteristics of the software,BIM technology has been decided to use to perfect the construction.The construction structure can be designed with the use of BIM technology.And it has a certain role and value in promoting the coordination between the construction hydropower and other professions.BIM technology has obvious advantages in modeling,pipelines synthesis,collision identification and other aspects than other software.But there is no doubt that BIM technology also has certain shortcomings in the use of the process.Finally,with the help of BIM technology,the construction drawing design stage of the second phase of T project has been optimized,especially for the structure,construction,hydropower and other other specialties.The most prominent improvement is the secondary layout of pipelines,which improve the space utilization rate,controls the cost of materials,especially reduces the height of underground garage.And the use of concrete,steel,waterproof,cement,paint and other materials in decoration have been reduced to cut down the cost of the project.Finally,the quality and necessity of using BIM technology to improve construction drawing are determined.
