Research On Construction Engineering Cost Control Of Construction Drawing Design Stage

The control for construction engineering cost in China now, which still stays in the construction stage, sets cost control in design stage at naught, contempt, lack of in-depth research on the method and the system of design stage, especially the construction drawing design stage is affected by design management or institutional limitations, the cost control effect is not ideal, so it results in cost control phenomenon of many construction process.This paper mainly discusses how to effectively control and reduce project cost of the construction design stage after the preliminary design is completed. Starting from the design stage cost control present situation, the influence factors of cost control, regarding the cost control of non-governmental investment in design stage of construction project as the research object, combining with China’s current project management mode, through the actual project cases from the technology, management in two ways, it analyzes how to effectively control and lower project cost of the construction drawing design stage, and research on the construction project design and cost rationality. It hopes to find effective ways to cost control of the construction design stage, in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical application to control project cost within budget.
