As the hub of power transmission,the whole life cycle operation and maintenance of secondary electrical equipment in substation is an important foundation for stable and reliable operation of power grid system.However,in the old manual management mode,the operation and inspection of substation secondary equipment is faced with heavy workload,low level of standardization and intelligence of management and control,and low utilization rate of operation data mining.Under the background of ubiquitous power Internet of things development,this paper designs and deploys the substation mobile operation and inspection platform with intelligent terminal as the core,to control the life cycle of substation equipment,and proposes an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the operation status of equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of mobile,automatic and intelligent operation and inspection.This paper mainly includes the following research contents:(1)This paper analyzes the overall framework of the construction of the power Internet of things,as well as the key technologies involved in each layer.The mobile operation and inspection platform of the substation will carry out hierarchical research and development based on this architecture.Then it focuses on the radio frequency identification technology used as the platform terminal layer and the secondary equipment status evaluation method.(2)According to the requirements of substation site efficiency improvement,multi-system data fusion and operation safety,three preliminary construction schemes are proposed,and the optimal platform architecture design is obtained through discussion and research: the intelligent terminal reads and identifies equipment information through RFID technology,and acts as the core front-end mobile inspection tool to assist in the control of various operation processes;The smart mobile terminal and master station system take the power wireless private network as the data flow bridge;the master station system not only communicates with the intelligent terminal business,but also communicates with other system platforms.On the basis of hardware,the complete functional system design of each part is carried out,and the efficient and intelligent operation and inspection of power equipment is finally realized.(3)Under the guidance of the overall design and implementation scheme of the substation mobile inspection platform,the software and hardware construction of the site platform and the debugging and verification of each part of the function are carried out in the pilot company.Among them,the station side function and data exchange function with other platforms are verification focus.Through the actual operation of the platform during the trial operation,the energy efficiency improvement in substation work energy efficiency,comprehensive management and control,and data utilization rate is tested.(4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the operation status of the secondary equipment of the platform.Firstly,the platform data is screened to construct the evaluation index system,and the comprehensive weighting method combining critic,anti entropy weight and AHP subjective weighting is used to calculate the weight coefficient of each index more scientifically.Then the triangular trapezoid membership distribution function is constructed to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive matrix,and the evaluation results of the secondary equipment state are given together with the weight coefficient.Finally,the reliability of the evaluation model is verified by the platform data as an example,and the state evaluation model is used to guide the development of other operation and maintenance work in the platform in the future.
