The bicycle transportation system is an indispensable part of the urban integrated transportation system.In recent years,many cities have begun bicycle transportation planning with the concept of “green travel”,but the focus of research is mainly on planning methods and planning strategies.There is a lack of standards and systems for the evaluation of bicycle transportation systems,or only Select a certain aspect of the bicycle transportation system for evaluation and research.This paper studies the evaluation of urban bicycle transportation system.First,the paper analyzes the system characteristics and existing problems of the bicycle transportation system.Based on the definition and functional orientation of the bicycle traffic concept,the paper aims to achieve the goal of accessibility,safety,comfort and convenience,analyze the existing problems in the bicycle transportation system,and provide a basis for constructing the indicator system to find relevant indicators.Secondly,according to the principle of index selection,the analytic method is used to select the evaluation index,and the index system is optimized by single indicator test and correlation analysis method.Finally,the evaluation index system of bicycle transportation system is constructed,including accessibility,safety and convenience.And four evaluation indicators of comfort,12 correlation indicators such as bicycle road density were selected from six subsystems such as bicycle traffic space.Furthermore,quantitative analysis is performed on each indicator to determine its model formula.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are combined to determine the weights,and the matter-element analysis model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are constructed to evaluate the bicycle transportation system.Taking the old city of Taixing as an example,two models were used to test and evaluate the bicycle traffic in the region.According to the evaluation results,the existing problems and the methods to be improved were determined.At the same time,the evaluation results obtained by comparing the two models to the research area were verified.The correctness of the evaluation index system and the rationality of the model constructed.
