Study On The Micro-renewal Model And Design Strategy Of Village In City

In recent years,the extensive urban development mode in China is accompanied by a large number of "urban diseases".The villages in the city are the most prominent and common concentrated areas of urbanization problems,and are one of the space carriers of the main social contradictions.With the rapid development of cities,these "urban villages,which are both like cities and villages,generally have problems such as disordered construction,out of control expansion,intensive construction and lack of infrastructure,which affect the optimization of urban spatial structure and the promotion of urban style and image.However,as the concentration area of urban migrants and low-income people,urban villages meet the demand of living and employment of a large number of urban low-income people,and also play a role of"buffer" space and alleviating social contradictions to support the development of China’s high-speed urbanization to a certain extent.Therefore,it is not only to consider the space efficiency,but also to coordinate the residents’ life,employment and other issues,as well as the difficulties these issues bring to urban management.In recent years,in order to deal with these contradictions and difficulties,the traditional renewal theory and methods have been pushed forward,and new ideas have been put forward.Among them,the renewal method with "micro renewal" as the main idea has become a hot research topic in many academic circles.In the practice of village renewal in cities,Guangdong Province,represented by Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Foshan and other cities,has more or less included the concept of "micro renewal" in the introduction of many old reform policies and the implementation of practical work,and has thus become a leader in the discussion of the mode of old city renewal in China.Based on the above analysis,the paper focuses on the "micro renewal" theory,through its discussion,in order to explore new theoretical experience and practical path for the renewal of urban villages.First of all,this paper defines the concept of "village in city" and "micro renewal" in combination with the relevant literature at home and abroad,and summarizes and analyzes the relevant research progress at home and abroad;secondly,through the analysis of the difficulties and contradictions of village in city renewal,and the detailed analysis of the micro renewal theory,the paper puts forward the idea of using the method of urban micro renewal theory to study village in city;secondly,through the case study This paper analyzes the main bodies involved in the micro renewal model,defines the principles and objectives of the micro renewal of villages in the city,summarizes the four major renewal models of the micro renewal theory,and constructs the strategic framework of the micro renewal design from the four levels of street system,public space,urban function and urban context.Finally,it combs the development of the renewal concept of the old city in Guangdong,with the NATO of Leigang area in Nanhai District,Foshan,Guangdong Province Village as an example to verify the theory and practice of urban village renewal reference.The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows:First,by analyzing the general situation of the development and the difficulties of the renewal of the village in the city,the paper deeply considers the main contradictions and problems existing in the demolition and reconstruction mode of the village in the city,and analyzes the theoretical connotation of the urban micro renewal in detail,so as to establish the necessary connection between the village in the city and the urban micro renewal theory,Secondly,according to the current situation and characteristics of the village in the city,this paper puts forward the feasible micro renewal mode and design strategy of the village in the city,and takes the micro renewal of NATO village in Leigang District of Foshan City,Guangdong Province as an example to verify and summarize the strategy,hoping to give some useful inspiration to the renewal and development of the old urban areas in China,especially the complex village in the city in the future.
