Research On Risk Assessment Index System Of Industrial Innovation Ecosystem

Intensification of market competition and the risks of technological innovation increasing,the development of industrial innovation begins to depend on the organization or individual associated with it to form a competitive symbiotic unit.This prompts the innovation entity of industrial development to focus on its own core competitiveness,at the same time,it pays more attention to the stability and development of the entire innovation ecosystem.This article refers to the relevant theoretical knowledge of management,ecology,organizational behavior and other disciplines.After a thorough analysis of the conceptual characteristics,structural functions and risk factors of the industrial innovation ecosystem,a set of scientific and targeted risk evaluation system has been set up.The main research contents are as follows:First,this article uses the method of literature research to sort out the evolution of the innovation paradigm from the innovation system to the innovation ecosystem.Combining ecological metaphors,the concept of industrial innovation ecosystem is clearly defined,and its functional and ecological characteristics are systematically analyzed.Based on its holistic,rapid and open ecological characteristics,it prepares for the next step in analyzing the risks of the industrial innovation ecosystem.Secondly,by combing the relevant literature,considering the characteristics of the various stages of the operation of the industrial innovation ecosystem,based on the scientific,systematic,hierarchical,independent and feasibility evaluation index system construction principles,initially according to four dimensions of technical risks,integrated risks,cooperation risk and dependency risk,setting up the framework of the risk evaluation indicator system based on nine types of risks: strategic technical risk,organizational technical risk,realizing technical risk,moral hazard,integration risk,interest risk,lock-in risk and supporting dependency risk etc.Then,this paper uses the theoretical analysis framework from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis comprehensive integration method,and further identifies 20 industrial innovation ecosystem risk assessment indicators with the help of expert consultation method,questionnaire method and factor analysis method,by amending and supplementing the above assessment index system framework,and the use of competition model comparison strategies to further verify the scientific and optimal nature of the constructed industrial innovation ecosystem risk assessment index system.Finally,this paper chooses new energy vehicle industry of China as a case study object,combined with the results of in-depth interviews with many experts in the field,to identify and evaluate the risks of different stages of its development,and to test the effectiveness of the risk evaluation index system.According to the risk assessment results of new energy vehicle industry innovation ecosystem of China,this paper gives targeted suggestions to the risk management of the new energy vehicle industry innovation ecosystem.
