Research On Green Renewal Of Old Industrial Buildings Based On Cinematic Architecture

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,China has issued many regulations and documents on urban construction,and urban renewal has become more and more the focus of people’s attention.As part of the "Three Districts and One Village" of urban renewal,the transformation and revitalization of old factories is of great significance to promote " The Five-Sphere Integrated Plan" development model of the city.At present,the reuse of old industrial buildings in China is mostly focused on the use of green building technology for energy-saving renovation and the precise analysis of renovation methods through scientific algorithms,but still stays on the passive use of the functional space of the building,lacking the initiative of urban residents’ participation and the attention to people’s emotional needs and memories of places.Therefore,in the context of high-quality development in the new era,how to make the old industrial building renovation green and energy-saving at the same time,can understand the psychological perception of urban residents and meet the diversified needs of people,is a key problem to be solved.Relying on cinematic architecture as the theoretical basis,research takes Anhui paper mill as study object to explore the organic renewal strategy of paying attention to human perception in the renovation of old industrial buildings,and verifies its operability in combination with green building renovation evaluation.There are six chapters in the whole paper,divided into three parts.Firstly,introduce the significance of the purpose of research and the content of object,review the current situation of cinematic architecture and old industrial buildings renovation at home and abroad,and put forward the shortcomings of the current research.Secondly,with the help of time,space and narrative structure of architecture and film,the theoretical value of cinematic architecture in creating perceptual experience in renovation of old industrial buildings is analyzed in depth.Through relevant old industrial architecture films and architectural renovation cases in recent years,summarize three aspects of architectural creation,perceptual language and revitalization renewal,and interpret the practical value of paying attention to human psychology in the renovation of old industrial buildings from the perspective of cinematic architecture.Finally,on the basis of the previous summary of theory and practice,the specific renewal strategies for constructing an impact on human perception in the renovation of old industrial buildings are analyzed in depth from four aspects:design principles,thematic content,spatial narrative and editing techniques of cinematic architecture.Taking the Anhui paper mill factory as an example,cinematic architecture approach is applied to the reuse of old industrial buildings,and the green building technology is supplemented with transformation and optimization of the factory building to save land,energy,water and materials.The green building evaluation shows that the renewal of old industrial buildings based on cinematic architecture can meet people’s perceptual experience and green energy saving.Through the practical exploration of Anhui paper mill factory,the nodal buildings are renovated and designed with the help of film architecture,which is used as a medium to trigger the revitalization and renewal of the whole factory area.The research aims to focus on the living needs of urban residents,improve the reuse efficiency of the renovated building,improve the surrounding old city environment,and stimulate the vitality of daily space,in order to provide new strategies and certain references for the green renovation of old industrial buildings.Figure 112 Table 36 Reference 54...
