Research And Design Of Combustion Control System For Medium And High Pressure Gas Boiler

Natural gas boilers are widely used in my country for power generation,The advantage of natural gas boilers is that they are environmentally friendly,and the exhaust gas contains significantly less pollutants than coal-fired boilers.However,the cost of gas boilers is relatively high,and more efficient combustion control methods need to be studied.In the future,with the increasing demand for environmental protection,the status of gas boilers will gradually increase.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the combustion control system of gas boiler.This paper takes the medium and high pressure gas boiler as the research object,and mainly does two researches on the combustion control system of the medium and high pressure gas boiler: combustion control and gas protection.First,according to the actual situation of the 5# medium and high pressure gas boiler of Baotou Steel Group’s Dynamic Supply Plant,this paper studies the combustion mechanism of the medium and high pressure gas boiler and the energy change of the medium and high pressure gas boiler during the combustion process.The basic tasks of the process flow and the control system of the medium and high pressure gas boiler are combustion control and combustion safety system.Secondly,based on the theory of medium and high pressure gas boilers,design the combustion control system of medium and high pressure gas boilers,including fuel control part,air supply control part and the two coordinated control parts,and propose the use of double cross limit control system to control the boiler water supply temperature For control,the suction system selects the feedforward-feedback control system.The results show that the combination of the double cross-limiting control system and the feedforward-feedback control system can well accomplish the adjustment target of the combustion control system.In addition,this article uses Hollysys MACSV6 DCS as the hardware to build the design of the medium and high pressure combustion controller according to the actual requirements of the medium and high pressure combustion controller,including the selection anddesign of the main control unit,I/O module,etc.Finally,use the built-in programming software of MACSV6 to write the double cross limiter program and the gas protection program.
