In recent years, railway logistics multimodal transport has been widely concerned and studied, while passenger multimodal transport is still in its infancy.Although the rapid growth of national high-speed rail infrastructure has basically formed a backbone transportation network of eight horizontal and eight vertical high-speed rail, there are still areas that can not be covered by high-speed rail lines, especially the third and fourth tier cities rely heavily on highway transportation after high-speed rail.Railway and highway have always been divided and governed, passenger transfer is time-consuming and laborious, and the capacity of public transport connection is usually difficult to achieve full coverage. In this paper, based on high-speed rail as the main transport of multimodal transport for the study object, aiming at the origin and destination of passengers, through the modeling method, get the optimal path scheme of multimodal transport.First of all, from the four service characteristics of security, economy, rapidity and convenience as the goal, the algebraic models are established respectively, and the algebraic models are combined to establish a generalized cost function model with transportation cost and time value converted into cost as the elements. On this basis, with the constraints of train departure time and train carrying capacity, the target weight combination is given to establish the optimal passenger transport planning model of "start to end" point, and then the Dijkstra algorithm is improved based on the actual situation of public rail multimodal transport to solve the model. Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to design a reasonable transport travel scheme through the service planning of rail and highway passenger transport,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the realization of highway rail passenger transport. The main research work are as follows:(1)the construction of the optimal route planning model for rail and highway passenger transport.First, the generalized cost function is used to transform the multi-objective planning into a single objective planning model. The factors that passengers need to consider in the process of choosing transportation vehicles are no longer limited to the cost.Second,to solve the problem of inconsistent dimensions of economy, rapidity, convenience and safety. The value conversion can be realized by time value coefficient V(T),which is consistent with the economic index scalar dimension;if the safety index is relative value, the dimension can be solved by multiplication or division Question.(2)Improvement of Dijkstra algorithm. In view of the imperfect exit mechanism of Dijkstra algorithm, the stopping condition of the algorithm is studied and modified. The marking rules of permanent P-Label are modified for the P-Label of multiple vertices at the same time.In view of the particularity of multimodal transport, the elements in the directional weighted traffic map of Road rail multimodal transport include not only nodes, directions and weights, but also vehicles Type K,so the vehicle type should be marked when labeling. The effectiveness and practicality of the model and algorithm are verified by the travel case of "Beijing-Haikou".Different weight combinations are given to the target for experimental analysis. The solution results are consistent with the actual situation of passenger transport, which shows that the model and algorithm have good practical reference value.
