With the improvement of residents ’consumption level,China’s logistics industry is also in the stage of rapid development. As a new transportation organization mode, multimodal transportation has broad prospects for development.Multi-modal transport can organically combine various means of transport to form a complete comprehensive transport network,so that the different modes of transport in the whole system can achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing,so as to realize the optimal allocation of resources. In global climate change and "double carbon" development goal environment, compared with the current world is given priority to with road transport single transport mode, the optimal path of multimodal transport is through the transport link of reasonable optimization to achieve, combining various modes of transportation effectively, reduce transportation costs, improve work efficiency, promote the transportation industry energy conservation and emissions reduction work. Therefore, choosing a reasonable multimodal transport path is one of the important decision bases to improve the economic efficiency and environmental benefits of multimodal transport. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The thesis introduces the background and necessity of the implementation of multimodal transport in detail, then analyzes the mode and composition of multimodal transport, further expounds the advantages of multimodal transport in the background of "double carbon",and makes sufficient foundation for the research on the optimization of multimodal transport path.(2)The thesis mainly around the multimodal transport path optimization problem are discussed, according to the railway transportation and waterway transportation have different class period limit, from the perspective of the carrier, designed the shift period limit and transportation mode weight constraints such as the minimum transportation cost, transportation time and transport carbon emissions of multiple target path combination optimization model. In order to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization, this thesis proposes the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm to solve the multi-objective path optimization model. Finally, when deciding on the path, this thesis considers the main factors affecting the path decision, such as transportation cost, transportation time, transportation carbon emissions, also combined with the study content in this thesis prefer to consider the transportation safety, transportation service quality, and using the rank sum ratio method(RSR)to evaluate the path, the decision on the optimal path.(3)Taking Nanning-Shenyang as the OD node, the optimization problem of the multimodal transport road is analyzed and solved, and the weight of the transportation mode is integrated into the solution process, and the cargo transportation scheme is studied. The study shows that when the carrier weights the choice of transportation mode, the advantage of highway transportation with middle weight value is the ability to realize the influence of short transportation, and has obvious advantage in time;Railway transportation with large weight value and water transportation with small weight value are green transportation mode, which has obvious advantages over highway transportation in carbon emission. Finally compare the existing shift period limit results, considering the multimodal transport limit and not considering the shipment of the train and ship delivery time in the transit shipment time delay, and this effect will affect the goods to the destination time, and finally arrive at the end time will be delayed, the shift period limit constraints are closer to the actual transportation scenario, rather than the ideal situation. Therefore, the shift limit should be considered in the decision of multimodal transport path to avoid the actual decision that may cause. When the logistics enterprise makes the multimodal transport path plan,it shall consider the time required for the goods to stay in the best shift period during the total transportation time,so as to get the actual best transportation scheme. |
