With the economic globalization and the continuous development of China’s "One Belt and One Road" policy,The economic exchanges between China and foreign countries and regions are more and more frequent.As an important port in northeast China,Dalian port plays a bridgehead role in the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and an extension point of the "21st century Maritime Silk Road",which is of great strategic significance.Due to the large span of time and space,the cost optimization of Dalian port in international multimodal transport has great research value,and the choice of transportation mode and route in multimodal transport has great influence on logistics cost.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the optimization of Dalian port container multimodal transportation path from the perspective of optimization of transportation mode and transportation path.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation and development plan of Dalian port on the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant researches and theories of container multimodal transport,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Dalian port container multimodal transport.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and index selection of Dalian port as a carrier in cross-border multimodal transport from the perspectives of market competitiveness,environmental protection pressure and its own profitability,thus determining the overall framework of the paper.Again,through the choice of cost,time cost,cost of carbon emissions,and on time delivery costs generated by the four indexes were analyzed,and construct the corresponding objective function and constraint conditions,so as to build the Dalian port container multimodal transport path optimization model,with the elite strategy and choose to use the command sequence of genetic algorithm(NSGA II)solving the mathematical model.On this basis,the relevant mechanism,concept and application method of NSGA-II are explained,and two cities from Changchun,Jilin,China to Tokyo,Japan are selected as the starting point by using this method,and solved by using Matlab software.Finally,the path optimization scheme of multi-modal transport from Changchun city of China to Tokyo city of Japan is obtained by solving the problem of Dalian port as a carrier and an important port under different perspectives.Study found that as the carrier and cross-border nodes,Dalian port from the environmental protection pressure,its profitability and market competitiveness of the three perspective,can be more comprehensive consideration of path optimization after the effect,make the path is more practical and research conclusion can provide port of Dalian intermodal transportation plan to provide the reference of the transportation department. |
