From the point of view of physical factor therapy,combined with the two mechanisms of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)and muscle electrical stimulation(EMS),based on the treatment methods,combined with the single-chip technology,developed an electric stimulation massage.The instrument,which is small in size,is convenient for people to carry around,and has high practical value in relieving various pains and relieving muscle fatigue.The paper is divided into four parts: the system overall function design,the hardware circuit design,the software design and the system test.The overall design of the system mainly includes the use of a single-chip microcomputer to control the boosting and discharging voltage and frequency of the boosting circuit.The Bluetooth module is used to control various modes,and the H-bridge and the protection circuit are used to fully contact the skin and protect the function.The selection of the on/off function,the stimulation intensity and the stimulation frequency,and the setting of the working therapy time can be achieved.The hardware circuit design mainly includes the utilization of the internal resources of the PIC16LF1508 microcontroller,and the voltage management module,bluetooth module,boost and discharge circuit,H bridge circuit and button circuit are designed.The system software design includes initialization of system resources and allocation of single-chip I/O resources.During the boosting process,the power supply voltage is raised to 45V~85V and stored in the capacitor in a short time.The discharge process is used to indirectly stimulate contact with the skin to achieve three modes and a variety of intensity massage.The modules in the whole system are tested and debugged to determine the feasibility of the solution and the stability of the whole system under working conditions,thereby further improving the system design.The system stimulation voltage and frequency have been tested and corrected many times.Stable operation of the electric stimulation massager in three modes.The test of the whole machine verified the coordination between the modules and achieved the expected results. |
