The full glass curtain wall first appeared in the United States.With the development and application of the architect's requirements for the transparency,beauty and style of the hall,the designer used the full glass curtain wall to refresh the height of the hall one after another.With the increase of curtain wall height,in order to save engineering costs and facilitate transportation,the glass ribs are usually divided in the height direction,each section of glass ribs need to be connected.The existing connections have some shortcomings,such as poor stiffness and poor long-term reliability.The development of full glass curtain wall urgently needs a connection with high reliability and good stiffness.In this paper,the frictional connection of stainless stee l bolts with glass ribs is studied to solve the problems in the connection of glass ribs,taking advantage of the high compressive capacity of glass.In this paper,experiments and finite element analysis methods are used to study the connection.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In order to ensure the smooth running test of the glass rib stainless steel bolt friction connection,the bolt torque,specimen structure,additional fixture,frictional surface and displacement measurement methods were studied.It is proposed that the pretensioning force of the stainless steel bolt should be applied with molybdenum disulfide lubricant,aluminum gasket should be added between stainless steel plate and glass in connection,epoxy resin dry-hanging AB adhesive should not be used to bond the friction surface between stainless steel plate and aluminium gasket,fixture with high accuracy should be used for additional fixture,and extensometer should be used for displacement measurement.(2)The pretension relaxation of stainless steel bolts is monitored.It is found that the pretension relaxation of stainless steel bolts can be divided into three phase.The pretension relaxation law of single glass and laminated glass is consisten t.Pretension relaxation is predicted for 25 years.It is found that the three parameter logarithmic nonlinear curve can better predict pretension relaxation;using finite element analysis,it is found that the aluminium washer is effective for laminated g lass,and the diameter can be determined by analyzing the compressive stress of the glass.(3)The anti-sliding test was carried out,The results show that the bearing capacity of stainless steel plate is the highest when the surface of stainless steel pla te is treated by wire drawing,aluminum gasket is treated by industrial pure aluminium 1050-H14 and glass is most selective for the acid etching glass.The slip resistance coefficient is 0.34;using finite element analysis,the finite element model was val idated,and the effect of glass hole diameter on the connection is analyzed.The paper has 48 pictures,18 tables,and 59 references.
