| For the construction enterprises by the direction of project construction,project management is the basis and core of all enterprise management,and it is the most direct and concentrated reflection of the enterprise’s comprehensive strength and level,while the project management cannot be separated from the project management personnel,who are the key carriers of enterprise capability and technology level.Due to the characteristics of the construction industry,Beijian’s performance appraisal assessment of project management personnel has been in an extensive state for a long time.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to establish a set of performance appraisal program that evaluates the fairness,objective and impartial performance of the project management personnel and maximizes the incentive effect.This paper studied the performance appraisal program of the Beijian housing construction project department.Through literature collection,questionnaire survey and examples of interview,we learned the status quo of performance appraisal of Beijian housing construction project personnel and analyzed the existing problems and causes.It is found that there are a good many problems existing in the program like that insufficient understanding of the concept,the implementation of the target management ideas is not in place,the performance assessment indicators are solid,unscientific,not objective,not comprehensive,the performance assessment results lack the true reliability,the feedback of the assessment results and the application is not in place.All the problems resulted in failure to achieve the purpose of assessment.According to the problems of performance appraisal of Beijian housing construction project,this study starts from the design goals and design principles and based on the thought of management by objectives and key performance indicators assessment method,the decomposition of performance appraisal indicators,the determination of appraisal cycle,the assessment process,the design of the assessment form and the assessment implementation are studied,so as to achieve the role of incentives and realize the common development of individuals and organizations. |
