At present,with the increasing number of car ownership year by year,the urban roads in downtown Tianjin are becoming increasingly congested,In order to improve people’s transportation needs,urban road construction managers have accelerated the planning and construction of urban road infrastructure,Therefore,more and more municipal projects The project was implemented,Due to the unreasonable engineering planning and the high expectations of the people for compensation for demolition,various social contradictions and mass incidents caused by the construction of the project have increased year by year,Letters and visits continue,and the challenges of social stability have become increasingly prominent.Based on the characteristics of the ZLD node project and the actual situation of the surrounding environment,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of data collection,interview,questionnaire survey and expert consultation to investigate and identify the social stability risk factors existing in the current ZLD node project construction.Determine the five main risk factors affecting social stability in the construction of the project:land acquisition and relocation and compensation scheme,project environmental impact,fund raising and security,social stability risk management system and media public opinion,and evaluate these five risk factors to determine the social stability risk level of the project as medium risk level,and propose corresponding prevention and mitigation measures for the social stability risk factors of the ZLD node project,with a view to further reducing the social stability risk of the project and guiding the implementation of the ZLD node project.
