The network control technology adopted by the EMU trains in China is diverse,among them,the TCN network technology is widely used in train communication network design due to its advantages of real-time,reliability,safety and openness,meanwhile it has the highest proportion.Under the significant benefits of the gradual implementation of the national “Belt and Road” initiative,EMU-related manufacturing companies are also stepping up expansion of production capacity.However,the survey results have found that the current problem of backward EMU commissioning technology is more prominent,mainly manifested in the two aspects of old commissioning equipment and single commissioning means.This problem limits the effective production of EMU production capacity upgrade.In summary,In order to help improve the current status of EMU debugging,this subject carried out research on EMU commissioning technology based on TCN network communication.Vehicle network commissioning is an important content of EMU commissioning,this subject by analyzing MVB network communication technology and the principle of vehicle network commissioning,a new vehicle network commissioning device was developed for a standard EMUs of 250 km/h,the application test results shows the vehicle network commissioning device can effectively improve the commissioning efficiency.Train reconnection commissioning is another important content of EMU commissioning,the key technology of this is EMU reconnection technology,for this,the characteristics of WTB networking and UIC interoperability technology are analyzed,after that,the rational analysis of the EMU reconnection theory was verified.According to the research results of EMU reconnection technology,the train reconnection commissioning system was developed for CRH5 EMUs,the application test results show that the train reconnection commissioning system can replace the real EMU to realize many commissioning functions,it effectively improved the current situation of train reconnection commissioning.This subject closely combines the development status of EMU commissioning technology,accurately analyzes the problems that occur in the current EMU commissioning process,for existing vehicle network commissioning equipment and train reconnection commissioning equipment,they have been improved and redesigned from the perspective of practical application.According to the specific performance of the two commissioning devices in actual commissioning operations,they all can greatly simplify the commissioning process and improve the commissioning quality.
