With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the current number of trains can no longer meet the daily demand,so the manufacturing volume of EMUs has been greatly increased;Because the train is in high-load operation for a long time,it is easy to cause potential safety hazards,and it is necessary to return its equipment to the factory for maintenance regularly.Train commissioning can ensure the normal operation of the train system,which is an important part of the pre-factory testing of newly manufactured trains and the return of trains to the factory.Through on-site investigation and literature review,it is understood that today’s train debugging technology has problems such as single function and low debugging efficiency,and this paper designs a new train intelligent debugging device to solve the problems found.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the problems existing in the debugging technology of the train,combined with the trend of upgrading the train communication network,the train communication technology such as Train Real-Time Data Protocol(TRDP)and Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)has been in-depth researched.By analyzing the actual needs of the commissioning workshop,the improvement scheme of the commissioning system is given from the overall architecture,and the hardware scheme design and hardware selection of the train network debugging device are completed.(2)Based on the overall design scheme of the debugging system,the functional requirements of the bicycle network debugging software are analyzed,and the object-oriented programming method is adopted,the software architecture is divided into four parts: the communication module with train commissioning,the interaction module with other modifications,the database module and the user function interface,and the software development work is completed using the Qt Creator development platform,so that the software meets the needs of the bicycle debugging test.At the same time,the software realizes the function of automatically generating the debugging interface according to the communication protocol information,which is convenient for later expansion and adaptation to a variety of debugging models.(3)Through the laboratory test and on-site debugging two stages of test work,the function of the bicycle network debugging device was verified,and the test showed that the device can establish stable TRDP communication with the train network,realize the monitoring and control of train equipment,and complete the bicycle debugging task.At the same time,the device can effectively combine other field devices such as handheld terminal PAD,bicycle DC control cabinet,etc.,optimize the bicycle debugging process,establish an efficient test mode,improve the debugging efficiency of the EMU,and improve the intelligent level of bicycle debugging test technology.
