| The working principle and structural features of the long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary drive and the short amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary drive are basically the same.Therefore,in addition to the advantages of short amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission,long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission has many own characteristics.Considering the huge development potential and research value of long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission.This paper completes the following work:Based on the meshing principle of cycloid pin gear,two methods of forming long amplitude cycloid are discussed and the relationship between the two methods is analyzed.Referring to the derivation method of cycloid pin gear planetary transmission,the basic law of tooth profile meshing and the conditions of continuous transmission of long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission are obtained,and the relationship between parameters of long amplitude cycloid tooth profile is established.On this basis,the long amplitude cycloid is derived.The tooth profile equation and the curvature radius equation are given,and the model program of long amplitude cycloidal meshing is compiled with MATLAB software.Based on the principle of virtual displacement,the force analysis of the long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission is carried out,and the force calculation formula of the pin teeth,pin and arm bearing acting on the cycloid gear is derived.On this basis,based on the Hertz elastic contact theory,the failure form and design criteria of the long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission are discussed,and the strength calculation of the cycloid gear and pin teeth and the strength of the W mechanism are carried out.At last,the life of the rotating arm bearing is estimated.The main design parameters which affect the quality of the long amplitude cycloid pin gear planetary transmission are the long amplitude coefficient,the pin diameter coefficient and the tooth top circle radius.Based on the long amplitude cycloid meshing principle and the transmission analysis and calculation,the transmission analysis program of the long amplitude cycloid pin gear mechanism is compiled with the help of MATLAB platform.Five performance indexes are used to evaluate the impact of the design parameters on the transmission quality,the selection suggestions of the design parameters are given,and under the same parameters,the transmission quality of cycloid pin wheel planetary drive is compared with that of cycloid pin wheel planetary drive.In order to reduce the machining cost and improve the grinding efficiency,using the theoretical tooth profile of circular arc tooth profile replacement as the actual tooth profile is considered.Based on the circular arc replacement theory,the possibility and requirements of circular arc tooth profile replacement are emphatically discussed,the circular arc tooth profile replacement model is given,and the design of circular arc tooth profile after replacement is discussed.Finally,with the help of CAD technology and virtual prototype technology,the parametric model of the long amplitude cycloid pin wheel planetary drive is established.The finite element static simulation of the simplified model is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,the deformation and stress distribution of the simulation model under the given torque are obtained,and the relationship between the simulation results of the pressure and contact stress between cycloidal gear teeth and the theoretical calculation value is mainly analyzed,which provides a reference for the meshing characteristic analysis of long amplitude cycloidal pin wheel planetary transmission. |
