The article use ordinary clcloid reducer and RV reducer used in industrial robot to be the main research object,in conection with the fact of the boom bearing in such kind of reducer genarllylly own the character of long-term work in high deputy and to be the wearing parts at the same time,carried out the research of constructing the dynamics of rigid body and flexible body combineding the theoretical with simulation. The thesis research result are as follows:(1) The ordinary cycloid reducer transmission ratio and transmission principle is analysised. A adams dynamic simulation model which one contains the bearing and another is without about common cycloid drive is created.The effect of different input speed,torque,bearing to the needle teeth contact force response is analysised.Under the consideration of friction and damp,the influence of torque and input speed change on the bearing load amplitude is revealed.(2) The struction principle and the drive ratio under different condition of RV reducer are analyzed.The force of boom bearing to the crank shaft and the cycloid gear are been deduced and analysised.A adams dynamic simulation model of RV reducer that consider the boom bearing is constructed.The overall load variation regulation of the boom bearing, internal contact characteristics and the effect of boom bearing to the contact force response between cycloid gear and needle teeth are been analysised under the consideration of the friction and damping.And the correctness of the theoretical calculation is verified though the simulation.(3)By establishing the type of analysis,meshing,and adding constrains in abaqus,a simplified boom bearing CAD and CAE model is created.On the basic of acuried calculating macium contact force variation regulation and amplititude of roller,loading in abaqus,the corresponding of stress and strain of roller is analysised.With Hertz contact theory the theoretical roller contact stress is calculated.and compared with the simulation result about the error.(4) The usual selection method of the rolling bearing and the common failure modes are brief analysised.The failure life calcutions and static strength check are realized through the calculated greasted force on the boom bearing in RV reducer.The article mainly using the method of comparing the virtual prototype simulation with the theoretical calcution,successfully constructed the three-dimensional geometric entities models of two types of cycloid reducer which consider in the influence of the bearing used in industrial robot joints.The model can be used for simulation has laid the foundation of associated dynamic characteristic theoretical and experimental research about this type of reducer in the future.
