The dynamic character study of the new transmission device is an essential component of the research. The dynamics characters of the transmission drive influence the capabilities and the stability of the precision transmission. Researches on this are of important theoretical and practical significance to access and improve dynamic characters of the reducer.The theoretical researches of dynamics characters to the cycloid reducer are taken place in this paper include: the dynamics model building, natural characteristic analyzing and virtual prototype building and so on. The contents of the thesis are outlined as followed.①On the basis of the structure and character of the cycloid transmission drive, the dynamic models are set up for the transmission reducer according to the pins W output type and the floating plate W output type.②The differential equations are set up for the dynamic characters; based on the Hertz theory of elasticity, the distortion is analyzed and the stiffness coefficient of each part in the dynamic system is deduced; the calculation example is given.③The 3D models of the cycloid transmission reducer are built by the Solidworks software ; by assembling and explosive treatment of the model, the construction of the transmission reducer is vividly described.④The sample of the cycloid transmission reducer is built up by the MSC.Adams software, based on real situations, constraints and loads are imposed on the sample after certain simplification. Moreover, the comparative study is carried out between the theoretical study and results of simulation analysis.⑤At the same time of the theoretic research, the design and manufacture of several model machines are accomplished with others. |
