| HXN3B diesel locomotive is a new generation of shunting diesel locomotive developed by CRRC Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.according to the original Ministry of Railways scientific and technological research plan,which fills the gap in my country’s high-power AC drive shunting diesel locomotive field.The EM2000 microcomputer control system with a high degree of automation is equipped with advanced functions such as automatic adhesion control and automatic removal of faulty components.It is widely used in HXN3 series passenger and freight diesel locomotives.At present,the first batch of HXN3 B diesel locomotives have been in operation for nearly 6 years,and advanced repairs are required in accordance with the maintenance technical regulations of the Railway Corporation.This subject is based on the HXN3 B diesel locomotive microcomputer control system.Through in-depth research on the characteristics of the microcomputer control system,combined with the locomotive application requirements collected from the field survey,we explore the optimization and upgrade program of the microcomputer control system functions and control strategies when the locomotive is performing advanced repairs.In order to improve the technology of the microcomputer control system in the advanced course,the optimization items of this subject are as follows:(1)By modifying the locomotive FIRE display control software and installing an Ethernet communication cable,the communication function between the locomotive microcomputer control system and the LDP host of the CMD system is increased,so that the locomotive user can receive the vehicle microcomputer control through the CMD system ground client in real time system data requirements.(2)By modifying the control software of the locomotive FIRE display and EFI control system,automatic correction of CAN communication network data is realized.On the basis of retaining the original traction mode,the function of the marshalling yard mode for small marshalling yards was added to improve the applicability of locomotives in multiple environments.(3)By reselecting the digital output signal of the microcomputer control system,changing the wiring position of the control signal cable and adding a small number of components,the control strategy of the locomotive electronic fuel pump,dust removal fan and air conditioning unit is optimized to improve the reliability of the components and the comfort of the crew.After completing the HXN3 B locomotive microcomputer control system optimization design plan,through ground tests and loading tests,it was verified that the design plan had indeed optimized the function and control strategy of the HXN3 B locomotive microcomputercontrol system,and achieved the technical improvement goal of the locomotive microcomputer control system performance.At the same time,the optimized design scheme can also accumulate valuable practical experience for the technical upgrading of other HXN3 series diesel locomotives in the advanced repair process,and has high application value. |
