With the continuous operation and opening of high-speed railways and the implementation of the “Belt and Road” high-speed railway gold business card strategy,the demand for high-speed EMU trains in China will continue to expand.Due to backwardness,the traditional electric locomotive simulation training device cannot support the training of high-speed EMU operators,and the use of the prepared EMU for real vehicle training is too costly and has potential safety hazards,which limits the maneuverability and Time and space restrictions cannot be applied to trains and colleges to train high-speed railway operators.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a set of operable training devices that completely simulate the actual functions of standard EMUs.Based on the analysis of the demand for high-speed EMU training equipment,this article will design a simulated training device with the Renaissance standard EMU as the simulation object,and the door control system will be designed based on the sliding door.The design of the gate control device is divided into 4 parts: mechanical part,electrical box part,door controller part,and man-machine interface part.The mechanical part completes the overall structure design,drive mechanism design and locking mechanism design of the gate control device.The electrical box part completes the layout and planning of the installation location of hardware electrical equipment.The functional design of the gate controller completes the realization of the functional design of the gate control system and simulates the design of the network communication architecture.The man-machine interface design completes the state monitoring design of the driver’s station HMI.This article specifically completed the device selection of the gating system and completed the hardware electrical design.Draw the action flow chart of the door control system according to the function design of the door controller,write the PLC function program of the door controller DCU,use the MCGS development software to design the man-machine interface of the driver’s platform,and realize the network communication of the simulation device to monitor the state of the door control system.Finally,build an experimental platform to complete the hardware and software testing,and perform insufficient system optimization and modification.After a long period of live operation,the gate control system meets the requirements of the entire set of simulated training devices and can realize the gate control system and other training devices.Linkage and network communication.The device can achieve the goal of enabling trainers to more quickly and accurately grasp the working principle of real car door control system and improve maintenance skills.
