| With the rapid development of high-speed train,the demand for relevant technical personnel is also increasing rapidly.However,the existing teaching equipment of rail transit for personnel training is outdated and can’t keep up with the pace of scientific and technological progress,which leads to poor training effect.Therefore,it is particularly important to design an advanced device for high-speed train staff training.The standard EMU simulation training device is an advanced high-speed train training device,it can solve the problems of high cost,large space requirement and low safety of the teaching equipment used in the traditional EMU real train training.The device developed in this paper simulates and realizes the control principle of standard EMU vehicle,it includes the network,traction,braking,HVAC(heating,ventilation and air conditioning)system,doors and all the other systems that are involved in the safety of train operation,and put the key parts into the cabinet of 5 meters.Compared with the traditional real car training mode,the standard EMU simulation training device designed in this time has significant advantages such as high efficiency,safety and low cost.Using the simulation device designed in this time,the working principle,common faults and troubleshooting methods of standard EMU can be easily studied.This paper studies and analyzes the function and basic working principle of the air conditioning system of the standard EMU,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the air conditioning system of the simulation training device of the standard EMU.Aiming at the problems existing in the air conditioning system of the standard EMU in the actual training,the design simulation is carried out by reducing the voltage,simplifying the circuit,modular design,etc.,and the emergency shutdown of the air conditioning unit is realized Close,half cold,full cold,half warm,full warm,automatic and system self check mode,close mode,automatic mode conversion and other functions.This design focuses on the main circuit and control circuit design,electrical component selection,system structure layout,PLC control program part of the design and human-machine interface configuration design,while achieving the function to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.Due to the force majeure factors such as the epidemic situation,the final debugging part only debugged some of the contents of the debugging,and needed further improvement. |
