The cylinder liner, as one of the key spare parts of the internal-combustion engine, its working reliability decides the usage periods of internal-combustion engine in more half degree and directly influences the working performance of internal-combustion engine. The cylinder liner itself is a thin wall part, the high pressure gas makes the temperature of cylinder liner is very high, even the temperature distribution is asymmetry, causing the cylinder liner to produce hot stress and hot distortion. The distortion of cylinder liner directly influences the emission of engine, and causes the phenomena of scuffing of cylinder bore. So it is indispensable to analyze the temperature field and hot distortion of cylinder liner in working condition.This paper adopted thermocouple temperature measurement method to test the key dot temperature of cylinder liner inner surface under different working condition of the 4100QBZ diesel engine, has obtained cylinder liner inner surface temperature value of key dot under different working conditions, analyzed relation of working temperature of cylinder liner vary with the rotational speed of internal-combustion engine. Through the temperature of cylinder liner that is measured, adopted the trail and error method and the comparative calculation with the observed temperature of the key node in the surface of cylinder liner, have calculated the temperature field and hot stress and distortion of cylinder liner under the declared working conditions of 4100QBZ diesel engine, and has contrastively analyzed the influence of cooling water to the temperature and deformation of cylinder liner. Meanwhile, this paper also did the model analysis to cylinder liner, obtained the former 6 ranks vibration model and its inherence frequency, and analyzed the vulnerable part of cylinder liner. Through the finite element analysis and temperature field experimental research, we have got the results of the temperature field and stress field and distortion of the series engines;have offered certain theoretical foundation for development and improvement of the series supercharged diesel engines cylinder liner.
