In the past few decades,the world has faced the challenge of serious energy shortage,which is a problem that human beings must solve.There is no doubt that the reason for this is that human beings do not take these energy sources into account when they use fossil energy,so the current environmental pollution is very serious.Environmental problems are in front of us,and human beings must make changes and progress.One of the causes of environmental problems is the excessive use of automobile energy,which can not be avoided.The emission pollution of automobile is very serious.In this case,the environmental problems will become more and more serious.In this case,the emission standards of automobile engines are more and more strict all over the world,and the advent of Turbo pressurization technology has brought improvements to energy and environmental problems.Turbocharging technology can not only improve the power output and make the fuel burn more fully,but also make use of the exhaust gas again,which provides the fuel economy for the vehicle and saves energy.Nowadays,the research and development of high-performance automobile turbocharger technology has become the top priority in the field of automobile engine manufacturing,and has become the most noteworthy issue in the field of automobile.Compressor is one of the most important parts of turbocharger.The performance of compressor directly determines the performance and efficiency of turbocharger.In this paper,the efficiency and performance of tl230 vehicle exhaust gas turbocharger compressor are studied,and the internal flow field is simulated.At first,the geometric model of the turbocharger compressor was established by Solid Works 3D software,and its internal structure was optimized.Three kinds of compressor models with different volutes were obtained.Then,the internal fluid domain was extracted,and the internal fluid domain parameter format was obtained.The parameter format was imported into ANSYS ICEM In the CFD grid generation software,the grid elements are divided to get the grid of the compressor flow field model.ANSYS is needed to calculate the flow field Flow field analysis is carried out by FLUENT software.Under the rated working condition of the engine,flow field simulation analysis is carried out for four different volutes,and important data in the flow field are obtained,including pressure,velocity and temperature nephogram.From these important data,efficiency of four different shapes of compressors are calculated respectively.By analyzing efficiency and stability of four different internal structures of compressors,radial direction can be preliminarily obtained The shape efficiency of volute with long axis is the highest.
