In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the testing of the transformer calibrator,and strengthen the quality supervision and testing capability of the metrology work,this paper analyzes the principle and feasible scheme of the automatic detection system of the transformer calibrator,and the key technology research,designed a full-automatic test method that can cover all kinds of different models and manufacturers of transformer calibrators,and developed a 0.3-level automatic transformer calibrator inspection device.This method only needs simple operation to realize the automatic calibration/verification process of transformer calibrator,and can be widely compatible with all types of transformer calibrators.In this paper,the working principle,performance characteristics and overall index requirements of the automatic detection system of transformer calibrator are analyzed,and the hardware and software systems of the whole device are designed and elaborated according to the guiding ideology of "module design,easy maintenance".The working current/voltage and differential current/voltage output system of the system are designed by using electronic circuit and micro-computer technology.The automatic data acquisition system is completed by using communication protocol and image recognition technology.The automatic and intelligent calibration/verification of transformer calibrator is realized.According to JJG169-2010 "Verification Regulations for Transformer Calibrators",the scheme of calibration/verification for transformer calibrators can be freely formulated.The experimental data can be monitored and saved in real time during the experiment,and the errors of the experimental data can be checked and processed by using Grabbs criterion.Finally,the experimental report can be automatically generated,which greatly reduces the uncertainties caused by manual operation and effectively improves the measurement self-determination.Dynamic and intelligent level.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the history,current situation and development trend of the instrument transformer calibrator.The second and third chapters introduce the working principle,hardware system and software system of the instrument transformer calibrator automatic detection system respectively.Finally,the fourth chapter summarizes and prospects. |
