With the continuous progress of human society and the rapid development of China’s economy,people have a higher demand for the spatial location data of high voltage power cable channels,especially for the underground laying of high voltage power cable lines.At present,the management departments of high voltage power cable lines have some collection and preservation of the spatial information of high voltage power cable channels,but they do not.It can meet the needs of the development of high voltage power cables.At present,there are three main problems in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage power cable lines which are troubled by power operators: first,the management of high-voltage power cable lines is changing more and more frequently,and the high-voltage power cable channels are often lost in the ground marking piles;second,the external large-scale construction operations lead to the occurrence of external force damage accidents of high-voltage power cable lines;third,high-voltage power.The spatial data accuracy of cable channel is not high.Three problems directly affect the safety management level of underground high-voltage cable channel and the efficiency of emergency repair of high-voltage power cable line.The integrity and accuracy of spatial data of high-voltage power cable channel has become a short board affecting the intelligent management of high-voltage cable.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore a set of methods suitable for high-voltage power cable channel spatial data measurement,to complete the high-precision and fast positioning of high-voltage cable channel and spatial data measurement,and to achieve the fine management of high-voltage cable lines.In this paper,RTK measurement technology,inertial navigation three-dimensional detection technology and three-dimensional laser measurement technology are applied to cable channel path measurement and positioning.For visual high-voltage cable channel,RTK measurement technology is used to measure,obtain the reference coordinates of high-voltage cable channel,and new mobile three-dimensional laser measurement technology is used to carry out high-precision measurement.For non-visual high-voltage power cable channel,inertial navigation three-dimensional detection technology is planned to be applied to high-voltage power cable channel measurement.Processing the data measured by the above two methods,displaying the data through software,establishing a set of high-precision detection methods and standards for high-voltage cable channels suitable for different laying methods,creatively displaying key informationsuch as cable channel positions and coordinates in handheld devices in a three-dimensional visual display mode,measuring again in the field,comparing the measured data with the visual data,verifying the data,and improving the accuracy of the data.The virtual visualization of high-voltage power cable data is applied in daily cable operation and maintenance management,which facilitates cable operators to quickly understand key information such as cable channel path,buried depth and the like through intuitive methods,and realizes lean management of high-voltage cable channels.
