| During the construction process of a construction project,a large number of engineering materials are placed in intricate locations.According to the construction requirements,it is necessary to frequently change the storage location through lifting operations.Due to the "dangerous" state of the dynamic lifting and lowering of the suspended objects,the lifting driver needs to pay attention to the interactive situation of people,machines,objects and rings at all times to maintain a high degree of "eye-hand coordination".If the poor visual environment causes deviations in situation awareness during the operation,it will easily cause the brain load of the lifting driver to increase,resulting in an increase in the eye-hand phase time difference,resulting in a reduction in the efficiency of the lifting operation and even a safety accident.Therefore,this article studies the visual cognition,situation awareness,and behavior response of lifting operations: using eye tracking technology to collect visual cognitive parameters to measure the visibility of lifting operations space;using behavioral coding and analysis techniques to explore lifting operations Response mechanism of operation behavior to visual environment;construct visual optimization model of lifting operation,simulate and simulate the safety situation environment of lifting operation,and optimize visual environment of lifting operation.details as follows:First,analyze the operating characteristics of the situation awareness of the lifting operation,analyze the characteristics of the visual environment of the lifting operation,summarize the concept connotation of the situation awareness of the lifting operation and analyze the relevant visual factors.Aiming at the hoisting work environment,comb the situation elements and clarify the influence of each situation element on the visual perception environment.Secondly,explain the significance of eye movement parameters to represent safety posture.The eye movement parameters are collected by eye tracking technology,the visibility of the lifting work space is analyzed,and the visual level of the lifting work space is measured.Then,by observing the lifting operation process,the Behavior Breakdown Structure is used to structurally decompose the hoisting driver’s operation behavior,and the Position-Act-Therbligs behavior coding system is used to encode the hoisting driver’soperation behavior.The behavioral analysis software is used to collect the encoded behavior data.Combine the lifting operation behavior rate and the number of operating errors to check the impact of the visual environment on the accuracy of the lifting action.Finally,taking the installation height,installation distance and single lamp power of the lamps as the optimization variables,and the maximum average illuminance value and the maximum brightness uniformity as the objective functions,the optimal model of the situation visual environment for lifting operations was constructed.Taking the underground powerhouse of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station as an example,the model is combined with genetic algorithm to solve the visual environment optimization plan.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the optimization scheme parameters under different lamps and layouts to extract the optimal scheme.The use of Ecotect software simulation and verification provides a research basis for improving the visual environment of the situation awareness of lifting operations.This research can provide a theoretical basis for improving the driver’s situation awareness of the lifting operation situation and the working efficiency of the lifting driver,and has a strong application value. |
