| Rural road always plays a very important role in every country’s highway system.It is not only one of the basic guarantee for rural people’living condition in my country,but also the foundation for the construction of a comprehensively well-off society.In recent years,our country’s rural road system has continued to develop,and road mileage has increased rapidly,making it easier for the people to travel.However,accompanied with an increase in road maintenance and management work,a large amount of funds to be invested in maintenance management are required.In the process of rural road maintenance and management,it is necessary to make good use of existing resource conditions and evaluate the situation of rural road maintenance and management through scientific methods,and continuously optimize the rural road maintenance and management operation system,which is an important research direction to promote the perfection of rural road maintenance and management in my country Important research direction.Based on this,this paper constructs a rural road maintenance management evaluation index system based on related theories,and takes Anxi County as the research object to evaluate the county’s rural road maintenance management performance,and proposes targeted suggestions and countermeasures based on the evaluation results.The details are asfollows:Based on the review and summary of relevant literature,this article expounds the concepts of rural roads,road maintenance management,and road maintenance management performance evaluation,and analyze public goods theory,public management theory and balance points Card theory is analyzed to determine the basis of this article.Then,by exploring and studying the principles and methods of constructing performance evaluation indicators for rural road maintenance management,as well as the principles and methods for determining index weights,it is proposed to use the balanced scorecard method to construct the rural road maintenance management performance evaluation index system,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine The first-level index of rural road maintenance management performance evaluation and the corresponding second-level index weight.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it was applied to the performance evaluation of rural road maintenance and management in Anxi County.The results showed that the current comprehensive score of rural roads in Anxi County is 87.005,and the level of maintenance technology and operation management of rural roads in Anxi County are at the "good" level.Based on this,combined with the current actual situation of rural road maintenance and management in Anxi County,we analyze its shortcomings and put forward targeted suggestions andcountermeasures in order to effectively promote the improvement of the level of rural road maintenance and management in Anxi County. |
