Power distribution equipment is the largest in all voltage level equipment of the whole power grid,and it is the last link of power supply directly connected with users.More than 80% of power customer outage failures are caused by the power distribution link at the end of the power system.The power supply capacity and quality of the whole power system to users are reflected by the power distribution network,and the reliability of the power distribution network is gradually becoming The most important link to restrict the development of power system reliability.The important way to improve the reliability of distribution network is not only to improve the grid structure,but also to improve the health level of equipment.In recent years,electric power enterprises are pushing forward cost reduction and efficiency increase.How to balance the relationship between the improvement of grid structure,the input of equipment renewal and the improvement of power supply reliability has become an urgent issue.Due to the large investment and long implementation period in the improvement of grid structure,it is particularly important to manage the equipment in operation.In this paper,the reliability evaluation of distribution network is studied considering the requirements of equipment life cycle management.First of all,the main factors that affect the reliability of distribution network are analyzed,and through the analysis of the operation data of distribution network in a typical area of a major city in China,the main components that affect the reliability of distribution network are found out,which provides the basis for constructing a simplified reliability evaluation model in the following paper,and makes the model as close to the actual operation as possible.Secondly,it introduces the idea of equipment life cycle management,and the methods of equipment life cycle management and equipment state evaluation.This paper introduces the main reliability evaluation methods of distribution network,which lays a foundation for the establishment of reliability evaluation model of distribution network considering the whole life cycle of equipment.Finally,the reliability evaluation of distribution network considering the whole life cycle of equipment is studied.Distribution network reliability is the most important index to evaluate the operation level of power grid,and the profit level of power grid enterprises is also an important index to evaluate the operation level of enterprises.Based on the idea of equipment life cycle management considering both reliability and economy,the reliability evaluation model of distribution network established by Monte Carlo simulation method is introduced,and the typical connection modes of the two grid structures are calculated respectively,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the method.
