| In the wave of product function design shifting to product experience design,CMF(Color,Material,Finish)design is a design method that focuses on the visual experience and tactile experience in the daily use.The innovative value,experience value and economic value of CMF are gradually discovered by people,and CMF is receiving the attention of academia and industry.However,there are few relative studies on CMF experience measurement,and most of them use qualitative user experience measurement methods,which have shortcomings in measuring implicit levels such as user emotion and subjective consciousness.This paper starts with Desmet and Hekkert’s product experience framework theory,and combines the application study of eye-movement technology in product experience measurement to conduct a CMF experience measurement method research based on eye-movement technology,detailed in:(1)Identifying the similarities and differences between the concepts of product experience,user experience and experience design,analyzing the theory of product experience framework in detail,clarifying the scope,objects,methods and purposes of product experience measurement and establishing a product experience measurement framework.According to the corresponding relationship between the dimensions of product experience framework and product experience measurement framework,the CMF experience(user experience caused by CMF design)measurement dimensions are proposed:aesthetic and meaning experience measurement dimension,emotional experience measurement dimension.Analyzing the existing CMF experience measurement from the experience stage and the measurement stage,revealing the characteristics and deficiencies of its perception methods and experience evaluation methods.(2)Explaining the basic theories such as eye-movement definition and eye-movement types,analyzing the application of eye-movement technology from three aspects: modeling evaluation,usability test,and subjective emotion measurement corresponding to threedimensions of product experience measurement:the aesthetic and meaning experience measurement,practical function experience measurement,and emotional experience measurement.In this paper,the CMF experience measurement focuses on how the product’s color,material and finish affect the aesthetic and meaning experience and emotional experience.Therefore,refer to the eye-movement experiment methods,eye-movement types and data analyzing methods in modeling evaluation and subjective emotion measurement,the principle of the eye-movement experiment of CMF experience measurement is initially summarized: using the eye-movement experiment and the rating scale,analyzing the correspondence between the eye-movement data and the Likert scale score,and building the CMF experience measurement model to predict the subjective score by the eye-movement data.(3)Combining the dimension theory of CMF experience measurement and the basic principle of eye-movement experiment,a theoretical model of CMF experience measurement based on eye-movement technology is proposed.Selecting different mobile phone shells in CMF design for eye-movement experiment,using Logistic regression analysis to select eye-movement types,and then using BP neural network algorithm to build a preference score prediction model based on eye-movement data.After the model is constructed,the verification data is used to verify the model,and the prediction accuracy rate is 81.1875%.It shows that the CMF measurement model based on eye-movement technology constructed in this paper has high prediction accuracy,and also proves the rationality of the CMF experience measurement dimension,product experience measurement framework and other theories.And the CMF experience optimization strategy of mobile phone shell is proposed by using this model. |
