| As the introduction of experience economy came out,user experience is getting more attention and develops faster in internet field,while most of relevant researches were focus on relation of person-product-environment.Since the socialization trend of users in Internet products is becoming more and more obvious,it becomes more valuable to research on Co-experience of Internet product.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,this paper attempted to establish a Co-experience model for Internet products to figure out how Co-experience works and build a design reference model for designers who aim to improve user experience by considering synergistic factors.In the empirical aspect,firstly this paper established an operation model of Co-Experience for Internet products by making a case study on the products of different collaborative demands and summaries.Based on the three key elements in the model,collected relevant essential design factors in the 51 common mobile apps and lunched a survey to figure out users’ cognition and preference toward these elements when using apps.Based on preference of design elements concluded after the questionnaire investigation,user interviews were made to know more about users’ attitude toward these design factors.Finally,the paper built up a design reference model for designers.In the end of the research,a design practice was carried out under the guidance of design reference model,which was proved to be more user friendly after a usability evaluation.The Co-experience model helps to illustrate the process of synergy interaction in Internet products and the three key parts which affect the synergy experience were extracted.Design reference model give out users’ demands and preferences of different key parts and some reference plans for demands and preferences are given in the model.With the help of design practice and evaluation,the new plan given under the guide of design reference model was proved to be more satisfactory,which finally having 6.3%,5.3%,6.2%higher scores than the old plan in effectiveness,ease of use and satisfaction.The two paln had high scores in easy-to-learn for about 83.0%,meaning that both of their designs were easy enough for users to learn.The design practice and its evaluation helped to prove the effectiveness of the Co-experience model for Internet products and the design reference model. |
