This thesis takes a pure electric vehicle as the research object,It uses the simulation software ADMAS and MATLAB to carry on the joint simulation,completes the modeling and simulation optimization of the ride comfort of this electric vehicle.The effect is good.The first problem to be solved in the vehicle dynamics simulation is the road excitation,and obtaining the roughness information of the virtual road is one of the key problems.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the multi-function laser pavement detector is used to identify and collect the data of pavement roughness.The data are analyzed and calculated.The high pass digital filter,mean removal and trend removal are used to process the collected pavement roughness data.The AR model method is used to obtain the pavement roughness data,and the two-dimensional interpolation is carried out.The Welch method is used to grade the virtual pavement After verification,MATLAB is used to program and generate 3D virtual pavement.Secondly,in order to verify the virtual road surface,the electric vehicle model is established.According to the requirements of the research content,considering the shape complexity of the actual vehicle parts,the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS is used to model the vehicle systems.The model includes suspension,steering,body,motor,battery,tire and other subsystems.The 3D software Solid Works is used to determine or calculate the hard point coordinates,centroid,mass,moment of inertia and other parameters.Thirdly,based on the ADMAS vehicle dynamics model and MATLAB,the joint simulation is carried out.The 3D virtual road file generated by MATLAB is compiled and imported into Adams.The vehicle model established by Adams and virtual road surface are combined to simulate,and the x,y,z of driver’s seat at different speeds is obtained.Data of acceleration curve and power spectral density curve of three axes.The data from Adams is imported into MATLAB and programmed in MATLAB.The RMS value of weighted acceleration at different vehicle speeds is calculated.The total weighted acceleration root mean square value is calculated and compared with the national standard GB/T4970-2009 random input driving test method of vehicle ride comfort.It can be seen that the relationship between the weighted acceleration root mean square value and the subjective feeling of people is analyzed.The vehicle can meet the requirements of riding comfort and good ride comfort on two different grades of roads.Finally,the optimization analysis is carried out by using insight.The parameters of suspension spring stiffness and damper damping ratio are taken as optimization variables,and the weighted acceleration root mean square value of vehicle ride comfort is taken as optimization objective.After optimization,simulation verification is carried out to get ideal results.The thesis uses the method of joint simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB to complete the modeling,simulation and optimization of electric vehicle ride comfort.The results show that this method has certain reference value and positive engineering practice significance in the related problems of engineering application. |
