Research On Policy Support Of New Energy Automobile Industry In Beijing

With the development of science and technology,people’s living standard has been rapidly improved,and a series of problems brought by the development of science and technology are increasingly prominent.Among them,climate change and environmental pollution have received extensive attention from the international community and become the urgent task for governments to solve.In addition,with the annual growth of car ownership in various countries,the environmental problems caused by vehicle exhaust emissions should not be underestimated.Therefore,new energy vehicles are gradually into people’s vision.At the same time,the governments have gradually realized that accelerating the cultivation and development of new energy automobile industry is an effective way to alleviate the energy crisis and environmental pressure.First of all,this paper makes a statement and analysis on the current industrial policy of new energy vehicles in Beijing,analyzing and studying the fiscal and tax policies,financing policies and technology policies.Then it evaluates the effect of implementing the industrial policy of new energy automobile in Beijing and summarizes the deficiencies of the current policy.Second,through the study and comparison of the new energy policies of foreign developed countries,this paper mainly analyzes and expounds the main contents and characteristics of foreign policies on new energy vehicles,and analyzes and digests some advanced foreign policies as a direction for learning and improvement.Thirdly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign new energy industrial policies,Suggestions are put forward for the new energy automobile industrial policies in Beijing.This paper mainly expounds from the aspects of perfecting the industrial policy of new energy automobile,intensifying the implementation of the policy and intensifying the publicity of the policy.Through the research and analysis of the full text,it can be concluded that the technicalroute of new energy vehicles in Beijing is gradually clear,the development scale is also gradually expanding,and the policy support is increasingly strengthened.Although the development of new energy vehicles has made some achievements,there are still many shortcomings,which are manifested as: the industrial policy is not perfect,and the gap with the advanced management policy of developed countries is large;The implementation of industrial policy is difficult,and the purchase policy and subsidy policy formulated by the government are not well implemented.The industrial policies formulated fail to make full use of the advantages of talents and scientific and technological resources of Beijing;The government’s poor performance in policy publicity leads to the public’s insufficient understanding of the industrial policy of new energy vehicles.According to the present stage the development of new energy automotive industry in Beijing and the problems existing in the related policy,puts forward some corresponding Suggestions for improvement,including further perfect Beijing new energy vehicle industry policy,strengthen the enforcement of relevant policy,actively use the talent and technology resources in Beijing,to strengthen the publicity policy,etc.
