| The development of new energy vehicles conforms to the national industrial development direction,and is also an inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction(Carbon Peak,Carbon Neutral).Since China launched the 863 Program,with the support of a series of national policies on new energy vehicle industry,China’s new energy vehicle industry has also entered the fast lane of development and made remarkable achievements.At the same time,there are also some problems in the formulation and implementation of the new energy automobile industry policy.This paper takes G Company,a domestic first-line brand automobile enterprise as an example,and uses empirical research methods such as interviews to conduct in-depth research on the problems presented in the implementation of the national new energy automobile industry support policy,pointing out the main problems existing in the new energy automobile industry support policy in China at the emerging stage: some new energy automobile enterprises rely excessively on financial subsidies,the development of the new energy automobile industry is not balanced,research and development investment is repeated Unreasonable layout of infrastructure construction.On the basis of analyzing and drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some suggestions for dynamic optimization of industrial policies,such as increasing the strength of non fiscal and tax subsidy support policies,improving the core technology innovation support policies for the new energy vehicle industry,unifying the technical standards for charging and changing electricity,and scientifically coordinating the layout of charging and changing electricity facilities.The research conclusion expands the theoretical analysis framework of the new energy vehicle industry policy to a certain extent,and provides suggestions and enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of the new energy vehicle industry policy in the future. |
