| The small and medium-sized prestressed concrete beam bridges in China have different degrees of damage.According to the results of various research reports,the transverse connection of hollow slab beam is the most serious.Based on the investigation of several expressways in Jilin Province,this paper summarizes the damage of various hollow slab beams,establishes the solid model of hollow slab bridges with ABAQUS finite element software and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the research status and development direction of the transverse connection of hollow slab girder at home and abroad are generally introduced.The disease investigation and statistics are carried out,and the common diseases of hollow slab bridge are investigated and the causes are analyzed.It is found that the common defects of hollow slab bridge are hinge joint damage,longitudinal and transverse cracks in the bottom slab,bearing damage and deck system damage.Hinge joint shedding is one of the main diseases of hollow slab bridge.In serious cases,it will lead to the stress of single beam and transverse cracks in the bottom plate.Due to the uncoordinated displacement of each beam,there will be corresponding longitudinal cracks in the pavement layer.By applying Transverse Prestress to the hollow slab beam structure and making different transverse arrangement,and comparing with the structure without transverse prestress,it is found that the Transverse Prestress measures can effectively improve the transverse connection of the hollow slab bridge and increase the transverse stiffness of the hollow slab bridge.In this paper,a new type of hollow slab beam with flange plate is proposed,and the stress of the transverse connection between the conventional form of hollow slab hinge joint and the new type of hollow slab beam is analyzed and calculated.And in the construction,economy and later operation factors,the three kinds of horizontal connection are compared.The new hollow slab scheme has good performance in all aspects,which is the best scheme.The new hollow slab structure proposed in this project has excellent mechanical performance,is convenient for assembly construction,low maintenance cost in the later stage,and relatively low work volume.It can be widely used in small span assembly bridges of highway projects in Jilin Province and all over the country. |
