Research On Time And Space Evolution Of China’s Automobile Industry And Its Influencing Factors

Automobile industry is an important strategic and pillar industry for national economic and social development,and also an important landmark industry for the construction of a manufacturing power.It plays an important role in driving the adjustment of industrial structure and promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of national policies and market demand,China’s automobile industry has rapidly grown into an important part of the world’s automobile industry.However,with the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,some problems are gradually emerging.The most prominent one is the rapid expansion of China’s automobile industry,which leads to low capacity utilization,high cost and serious waste of resources.The main reason is that China’s automobile production does not have a reasonable spatial structure.Therefore,the paper conducts an in-depth study on the temporal and spatial evolution of China’s automobile industry.In order to study the time sequence,spatial evolution and influencing factors of China’s automobile production,firstly,based on the study of the layout of the world’s automobile industry,the paper analyzes the development status of China’s automobile industry and its position in the world’s automobile industry structure.Secondly,the paper analyzes the changing characteristics of China’s automobile production from the national and provincial dimensions,and uses ESDA method to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of China’s automobile industry.Futhermore,we use Arc GIS software to visualize the spatial layout of automobile production,and use the global and local spatial autocorrelation in geoda software to verify the spatial dependence and differentiation of China’s automobile production.At last,the paper quantifies the data of 31 provinces and cities in China,and constructs the index system of vehicle production time sequence and spatial influencing factors.Besides that,the paper probes into the driving role of influencing factors of time sequence change based on VAR vector autoregression model,and analyzes the internal mechanism of influencing factors of spatial evolution based on GWR geographical weighted regression model.Then through the analysis and summary,the thesis clarifies the space-time evolution characteristics and driving factors of China’s automobile production,and provides reference for China’s scientific planning of automobile industry layout.Ccompared with previous studies,the thesis creatively summarizes the characteristics of Chinese automobile space-time evolution,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The analysis of driving factors of Chinese automobile industry based on VAR and GWR model provides important insights into the research of future regional studies.
