Study On Application Of Foam Asphalt Cold Regeneration Technology In Hainan Ring Island High Speed Project

Foam asphalt cold recycling technology is a relatively new green technology that can reuse waste asphalt mixture,and is mainly used to repair old asphalt pavement.On the one hand,the foamed asphalt cold recycling technology can efficiently use RAP resources,improve resource utilization,and save maintenance costs;on the other hand,the use of this technology can greatly reduce the emission of polluting gases;in addition,this technology can also greatly improve construction schedule.The use of foamed asphalt cold recycling technology helps to achieve the strategic needs of environmental protection in my country.However,this technology is mostly used in low-grade roads,and the construction is not standardized enough,and the technology is not mature enough.Therefore,this paper combines Hainan G98 roundabout expressway reconstruction project with regard to the technology from raw materials,mix design,construction process and quality.It is of great practical significance to conduct systematic application-oriented research in various aspects such as control standards.Combining with the actual situation of the reconstruction projects of the 9th to 8th stations of the G98 Huandao Expressway in Hainan and the rebuilding project of the G98 Huandao Expressway Haikou Round-the-city Expressway,the paper first conducts relevant research on the foaming technology and foaming characteristics of foamed asphalt;The mix ratio of materials and various road performances were analyzed,and the factors affecting the road performance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture were studied;third,based on the actual project,the construction process of foam asphalt cold recycling technology is researched and summarized.The asphalt content and gradation of milled material are used as research factors to analyze the mix ratio and oil stone ratio of foam asphalt recycled mixture;fourth,According to the original pavement damage status and construction process requirements,introduce the construction process points of foam asphalt cold recycling technology and the quality control method of the construction site.The paper analyzes the common problems in the construction process and proposes corresponding solutions.Studies have shown that cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt can improve resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution.It has good road performance and structural performance,and can be used in the base layer or the lower layer of high-grade highways.This technology is used in the reconstruction of high-grade highways in Hainan Province,and has a high value of promotion and social value.
