| Since twenty-first Century, the highway construction of our country has made great achievements with the rapid development of social economy. But at the same time, road damage and repair issues have become increasingly prominent, large numbers of RAPs which are produced by using traditional repair technology(RAP) will not only lead to the problem of environmental pollution, but also a serious waste of resources. Foam asphalt cold recycled technology as a new “green†technology, it will not only make the effective use of RAP resources, but also has the advantages of energy-saving emission reduction and improves construction efficiency if it is used for road maintenance and renovation, which is consistent with sustainable development strategy of Chinese current low carbon environmental protection.By asphalt foaming test, asphalt foaming characteristic and its effete factors are studied in this paper firstly. Then this thesis studies mix design and performance.Through the design, arrived at a variety of specific design parameters of asphalt mix. The foam asphalt cold recycled mixture of various performance indicators are studied, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance of mixture.According to Chongqing national highway and provincial highway rebuilding project of foam asphalt test section in the actual engineering application, to determine the mixture ratio design of foamed asphalt mixture production methods, performance evaluation and testing of the indicators, and to determine its engineering practicability. At the same time, the construction technological process and construction organization and management and quality control method are summarized, into a foam asphalt cold regeneration of extension engineering experience. |
